ItsReports offers efficient data security

ItsReports data transfer is secured. ItsReports uses the same data securing system as internet banking (SSL). ItsReports reports can only be read by people with login rights. Access is also secured with a four digit changing code that changes with every sign-in (CAPTHA-code). All organisational reporting information are stored safely in one location.

ATTENTION! Sending reports via email is a threat to data security. Email is almost always unsecured. Emails are unattached to the organisations database. Email sending can not be controlled becase it is almost impossible to know who an email was sent too and who read it.
