Can I try a product before I deside order it? 

Yes!  Ask for a username and password and you can use a Intertieto software product one month for free of charge.

Security Questions

Are Intertieto's software systems secure? 

Intertieto's software systems use SSL – security (starts with https). This type of security system is also used by the Finnish internet banking system.  This allows users to transfer data between them and servers securely.

In addition to the username and password the software systems system use changing four letter and number  (CAPTCHA) verification codes.

It is also curtail that the users themselves take care of data security.  Passwords need to be long enough (over 8 digits) and it is highly recommended to use both small and capital letters and also characters.

Can users sign in to the software system anywhere? 

Yes and No, depending on what rights the users are given. The users can be limited with block lists. For example, users may be given rights to only access the system from their office computer.
 

Where is all our data kept?

It is in a secure server room certified by the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority. Back-ups are taken every night.

Does Intertieto have a confidentiality agreement with their customers?

Yes! With every customer Intertieto writes literal confidentially agreements.
